Job Description:
Manage daily operations, section assignments, and table pacing to ensure flawless service from open to close.
Train, guide, and motivate our Service Crew. Step in to help them during the CBD lunch and dinner rushes.
Handle VIPs, provide expert wine and menu recommendations, and resolve any guest feedback smoothly and professionally.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening/closing duties, POS management, daily sales, and inventory checks.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Senior Crew, Captain, or Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant (Italian F&B experience is a huge plus).
You thrive during a busy service and handle operational hiccups effortlessly.
Strong understanding of wine, cocktails, modern POS systems, and premium dining standards.
Lead by example, not just by giving orders. You jump into the trenches when your team needs you.
