Position
Sales Executive / Student Recruitment Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and recruit students for beauty, wellness, aesthetic, massage, and professional certification courses.
- Handle course enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Provide professional course consultation and recommend suitable training programmes based on students’ career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly student recruitment and sales targets.
- Conduct school tours, course briefings, and enrolment assistance.
- Participate in education fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Support digital marketing activities including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate student records in the system.
- Coordinate with trainers and administration team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in sales, education consultancy, customer service, telemarketing, or student recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, motivated, and confident in speaking with customers.
- Familiar with social media marketing and online communication platforms.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset.
- Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
