As the Store Manager for Parker People Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store located in the heart of Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a contract position offering a flexible work arrangement that will allow you to contribute to the success of our growing consumer retail business.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role

Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance

Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Domiciled in Bali
