Key Responsibilities

Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishware, glassware, and cutlery.

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, storage areas, and floors according to hygiene standards.

Collect and properly dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables.

Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies safely.

Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals in compliance with safety procedures.

Support kitchen and service staff by providing clean utensils and equipment in a timely manner.

Report any equipment damage, malfunction, or safety hazard to the supervisor.

Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

Maintain teamwork and good communication with other departments.

Qualifications

Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Previous stewarding or cleaning experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures in F&B operations.

Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Able to work in a team and follow instructions.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
