Qualifications – Staff Reservation

Minimum 1 year experience in reservation, front office, or customer service (experience in wellness/hospitality industry is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and friendly demeanor.

Comfortable with handling emails, phone calls, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Familiarity with reservation systems, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and client schedules.

Willing to learn about Ayurvedic treatments, programs, and the center’s philosophy.

Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and genuine interest in wellness and healing.
