Deskripsi pekerjaan Special Channel Sales Executive Xianlu Consulting

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop targeted sales strategies and solutions based on the characteristics of special channel clients and market conditions, including product portfolio, pricing policies and promotional activities. Organize and execute special channel sales initiatives to achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

2. Conduct in-depth research on special channel market dynamics, competitive landscape and potential client demands to support channel development strategy formulation. Regularly collect and analyze sales data, evaluate market opportunities and risks, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.

3. Formulate and implement special channel development plans. Actively explore and establish cooperation with new clients across diversified scenarios, including but not limited to catering, hotels, clubs, snack retailers, airports, railway stations and gas stations.

4. Establish and maintain long-term stable relationships with special channel clients. Conduct regular client visits, promptly resolve customer complaints and operational issues, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct in-depth demand mining, provide customized solutions, and facilitate repeat business and long-term strategic cooperation.

5. Maintain efficient communication and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth sales operations. Coordinate internal resources to deliver high-quality service and professional support for special channel clients.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines are preferred.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in special channel development and sales management. Familiar with special channel operation models and workflows. Candidates with mature existing client resources are highly preferred.

3. Possess outstanding market development capability, professional business negotiation skills and sales expertise. Able to independently develop special channel clients and complete sales targets. Equipped with excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills, capable of integrating internal and external resources to drive sales growth.

4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Able to formulate effective sales strategies based on market data and resolve various operational and sales challenges efficiently.

5. Highly responsible, self-motivated and professional with good integrity. Customer-oriented mindset with strong awareness of protecting corporate brand image and client interests.
