We are looking for a Massage Leader for a new Wellness Center in Seminyak

QUALIFICATIONS:

•⁠ Excellent mastery of all popular massage techniques.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to adapt the treatment to the client’s condition and specific needs.

•⁠ Knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, safety protocols.

•⁠ Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

•⁠ High service standards: attentiveness, precision, cleanliness, empathy.

•⁠ Willing to work under contract for minimum 1 year

•⁠ Ability to inspire, teach and provide constructive feedback to a team of 10 therapists.

•⁠ Accountability for the results and professional growth of their group.

•⁠ Skill in delegating tasks and maintaining quality control.

•⁠ ⁠⁠⁠Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally.

•⁠ Serves as a role model in behaviour, work ethic, attitude.

•⁠ ⁠Clear and proper communication in basic English.

•⁠ Courtesy, tact, positive attitude.

•⁠ Willingness and ability to interact professionally with managers and clients.

•⁠ Ability to train new therapists

•⁠ Maintaining order, atmosphere, positive energy in the massage section.

•⁠ Ability to work systematically and follow schedules and priorities.

•⁠ Punctuality, reliability, neat appearance.

•⁠ Pleasant natural scent and good personal hygiene.

•⁠ Maturity, positive energy.

•⁠ Natural mentoring ability to support team.

•⁠ No plans for pregnancy in the next 2 years.
