• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,734,339 per bulan

Description:

Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

Provide information about spa facilities and services when needed.

Escort guests to treatment rooms or spa areas.

Prepare and tidy up treatment rooms before and after use.

Maintain cleanliness of all spa areas, including lounge, sauna, jacuzzi, bathrooms, and locker rooms.

Ensure towels, linens, and amenities are always available and properly presented.

Assist therapists with treatment preparation (oil, lotion, towels, equipment, etc.).

Replenish spa supplies and amenities as required.

Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Ensure spa areas are safe, hygienic, and comfortable for all guests.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards according to hotel/spa policies.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage.

Well-groomed appearance, friendly, and service-oriented personality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
