• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

1. Familiar with social media such as Youtube, Instragram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok etc
2. Having strong networks of good quality KOL, and influencers
3. Responsible for the brand image presentation and account operation performance of social media accounts in-line with our brand personality
4. Familiar and able to use Social Media Advertising including Google search console (Pixl-FB)
5. Familiar for Socmed KPI : Brand Awareness, Engagement, and Conversions
6. Familiar with Free Tools Social Analizing such as Google Analytics, Like alyzer or Spark Toro
7. Communicate and cooperate with coss functional teams to ensure that Social Media content is consistent with marketing & communication strategies
8. Build & execute social media content strategy, through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
9. Capable of using copywriting techniques to tell stories to customers
10. Answering and resolve customers questions and complains in company social media
11. Having initiative to produce innovative content like podcast or conduct online event (webinars etc)
12. Knowledgeable with email marketing and other methods for reaching out to customers
13. Know how to use at least one design program, such as Canva or Video Editor
14. Recognize and be able to communicate in simple English
15. Able to join immediately
