Social Media Executive & Content Creator (F&B Group โ Multi-Concept)

We are seeking a highly creative, culturally aware Social Media Executive & Content Creator to lead the visual and digital storytelling across our portfolio of restaurants!ย

This role blends creative direction, content production, and performance-led social strategy โ with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and covers.
๐ย Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Plan, shoot, and edit all photography for social and digital use across multiple brands
Conceptualise, storyboard, and execute short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Own end-to-end production โ from ideation through to final edit and delivery
Ensure all content aligns with each brandโs visual identity and tone of voice
Build and maintain a structured content library for ongoing use
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, RedNote) across all venues
Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule (minimum 3x weekly; aiming for daily where relevant)
Write engaging, on-brand captions with clear CTAs
Develop and maintain branded IG Story templates and highlight structures
Monitor DMs, comments, and community interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Creative Strategy & Trend Integration
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral formats โ identifying opportunities for brand participation
Translate trends into content that feels native, relevant, and premium
Propose and execute creative campaigns tied to seasonal moments, launches, and key revenue periods
Performance & Optimisation
Track and analyse content performance (reach, engagement, saves, conversions)
Optimise content strategy based on insights and platform analytics
Conduct competitor and market benchmarking within the Singapore hospitality scene
Regularly report on social performance with actionable recommendations
Brand & Campaign Support
Collaborate with marketing on launches, events, seasonal campaigns, and Public Relations moments
Create content to support key revenue drivers (set menus, happy hours, weddings, private dining)
Work closely with chefs, operations, and front-of-house teams to capture in-venue moments
Community & Growth
Identify and execute organic growth strategies across platforms
Seed brands organically into relevant online communities (e.g. Reddit, forums, local groups) where appropriate
Engage with user-generated content, influencers, and brand advocates

๐ Ideal Profile
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in social medial management and content creation
Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred
Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
Highly proficient in mobile-first content creation and editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social-first content trends
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple brands and timelines
