We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate and obsessed with content creation. This role is highly hands-on, covering both in-house brand storytelling and collaborations with KOLs to amplify reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media content strategies for Instagram and TikTok to drive brand awareness and engagement
Create engaging short-form videos, posts, and stories that capture the brand and product essence
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content (Reels/TikTok)
Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags tailored to target audiences
Create voiceovers for video content when needed
Collaborate with xiaohongshu, marketing and graphic design teams on campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches
Work with KOLs/influencers/agencies to support campaigns and content amplification
Monitor social media analytics and optimize content performance
Stay updated on F&B trends, TikTok/IG trends, and emerging content formats
Support on-ground content creation (store shoots, product features, events)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts (portfolio required)
Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first editing tools preferred)
Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalent)
Strong storytelling ability with a sharp eye for “scroll-stopping” content
Comfortable appearing on camera (bonus but not mandatory)
Solid understanding of social media best practices and platform algorithms
Experience in influencer/KOL collaborations or social media advertising is a must
Excellent organization, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
