Job Description :
Develop and impelement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
Plan, create, and curate compelling content for social media platforms, brief creative team to develop text, image, videos, infographics, and interactive content.
Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new features or strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises, and respond promptly and appropriately to protect the brand reputation with help from brand manager.
Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive brand image.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiations, content collaborations, and tracking results.
Collaborate with the brand manager to execute yearly brand plan, teamed up with our internal digital ads team, activation team and creative team.
Ensuring comms and branding consistency across touchpoints.
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree any major.
Proven at least of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role
Preferably from indie - digital agency ( local indonesian ), internal digital agency from big companies or big creative agency
Experience in handling or asisting marketing comms is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of major socila media platforms and their best practice
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and user behavior
Proficiency in social media managements tools and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to create engaging content and comminicate effectively with the audience
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative social media strategies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with social media advertising and targeting capabilities
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Adaptability to changing social media trends and platforms
