QUALIFICATION:

Prefer to domicile in Bali

Minimal D3/S1 Engineering

Have experience as a Site Supervisor ( Minimum 1 year EXP)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

Honest and responsible

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Can join immediately

Will be working directly on Jl. Goutama Selatan, Ubud, Bali.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate and schedule work activities, including subcontractor tasks, material deliveries, and equipment usage, to meet project deadlines.

Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, safety records, and budget updates.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

EXPECTED SALARY: Rp. 4.500.000- 6.000.000
