About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and supervise the construction/renovation of a resort project in Nusa Lembongan. This role is responsible for ensuring all on-site activities run smoothly, on schedule, within budget, and according to the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Supervision

• Oversee all on-site construction activities including civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.

• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, technical specifications, SOPs, and resort standards.

• Conduct daily quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues on site.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Provide daily/weekly project progress updates to the Project Manager and Management.

• Lead regular site coordination meetings.

3. Schedule & Planning

• Create daily and weekly work plans and set priorities for on-site activities.

• Ensure the project timeline is followed and implement corrective actions when delays occur.

4. Cost & Material Control

• Monitor material usage and prevent deviations or waste.

• Check material requirements and ensure availability.

• Maintain labor efficiency and manage workforce allocation effectively.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and site safety standards.

• Supervise the use of PPE and conduct daily safety briefings.

6. Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Document progress through photos and site records.

• Manage technical and administrative documents related to the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor (hotel/resort experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, structures, materials, and work methods.

• Ability to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (added value).

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage diverse teams.

• Willing to be placed in Nusa Lembongan (accommodation can be provided if required).

• Able to work under pressure and handle problems quickly.
