We streamline the entire procurement process, from initial selection to final delivery, helping you to save time and reduce costs without compromising on quality or design. AREA RESPONSBILITY

• New Factory Vetting: Conduct checks and evaluations of potential new

factories, including site visits.

• Supplier Quality Control: Oversee and manage quality control at the

measurement stage with suppliers.

• Production Deadline Management: Monitor and ensure production deadlines are

met by factories.

• Technical Task Coordination: Facilitate the transfer and implementation of

technical tasks from the Account Manager to the production team/factory.

Up Project Management: Manage and update all relevant project information within Click Up.

• Built-in Furniture Installation Supervision: Control and oversee the

installation process of built-in furniture.

• Deviation and Warranty Resolution: Ensure timely correction of deviations

from technical specifications and efficient handling of warranty cases

• Production Analysis: Analyze newly added productions within the company

system.

• Receiving Furnitures:organizing, receiving, and performing quality control

checks on every item in coordination with the Account Manager, using the Woodara Company receiving standards QUALIFICATION

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management or Engineering

• Minimum 1 year of working as sales in furniture industry will be advantage
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the furniture

manufacturing or construction industry.

• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Proficiency in project management software, experience with ClickUp is a

significant plus.

• Good understanding of business
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• English is a must
• Good communication skill and Interpersonal skills, including leadership,

teamwork and adaptability

• Strong understanding of quality control processes and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively

coordinating with factories, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for factory checks and site visits.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
