Keding Enterprises (KD) is a publicly listed company in Taiwan and a leading international interior solutions brand. As our Singapore business continues to expand, we’re looking for a passionate team player to take ownership of our showroom reception and daily sales operations.
This is a stable role with no sales targets or cold-calling pressure, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

What You’ll Do:
1. Order Management: Handle customer orders and perform accurate data entry into the system, ensuring the entire process is precise, organized, and efficient.
2. Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for the showroom, coordinating between internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless information flow.
3. Showroom Reception: Welcome walk-in customers and VIP guests, providing warm hospitality and basic product introductions to enhance their experience.
4. Client Communication: Proactively maintain relationships with existing clients, respond to email inquiries, and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure high client satisfaction.
5. Administrative Support: Assist with daily office administration, paperwork, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth showroom operations.
【你的工作内容】
1. 订单管理: 负责客户订单处理与数据建文件,确保流程准确且有序
2. 跨部门沟通协调: 作为门市窗口,协助内外部单位沟通协作,确保信息顺畅传递
3. 展间接待支援: 协助接待顾客与贵宾,并提供基本产品介绍与服务
4. 客户联系: 主动与客户保持联系,回复信件并确认交期,维系良好客户关系
5. 行政支持: 协助日常庶务及主管交办事项,支持门市运作

1. Communication & Coordination: Clear verbal and written expression with strong coordination skills to collaborate effectively with both team members and clients.
2. Detail-Oriented & Responsible: Highly attentive to details with a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring accuracy in order processing and data management.
3. Basic Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable handling daily email correspondence and digital documentation.
4. Team Player with Adaptability: A proactive mindset, willing to support colleagues, with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and handle weekend shift rotations.
5. Service-Minded & Approachable: Enthusiastic about customer service, always presenting a warm, friendly, and professional attitude to guests.
