Shipping Coordinator - LC Handling Required

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge, LC negotiations, LC negotiations and sales coordination.

Coordinate and liaise with forwarders, customers, and banks on shipping-related matters.

Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:-

GCE 'O’ or A’ Level / Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.

1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics coordination.

Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) is a must.

Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
