We are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to oversee our after-sales operations at luxury cars sector, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage Service Advisors, Parts Executives, and Mechanics.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and warranty services.
Ensure the team delivers premium service that aligns with the brand’s standards.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Regularly review feedback and make improvements as needed.
Ensure service processes are efficient and meet quality standards.
Monitor KPIs to achieve service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage the service department’s budget and control costs.
Develop pricing strategies for service offerings.
Monitor expenses to meet financial targets.
Maintain a safe working environment according to health and safety guidelines.
Prepare reports on service performance and financial results.
Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in a luxury automotive brand.
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Proficiency in automotive service software and management systems.
