Job Scope

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and process payments (cash/POS/e-wallets)
• Prepare and serve food & beverages according to SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and equipment
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Support opening/closing duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
