Responsibilities
Provide advice on appropriate aftersales servicing and maintenance requirements to meet customers’ needs
Coordinate service appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs and maintenance
Monitor job progress to ensure timely delivery and update customers on the repair status
Manage service documentation (eg repair orders, quotations, invoices, warranty claims, inspection reports) to ensure they are in order
Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology with 2 years of relevant experience in motorcycle servicing
Possess valid class 2 license
Team Player with high level of initiative and drive
Able to work under tight timeline
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
