To lead the Bully-Free Initiative and KidzShinE programme, which looks at building digital resilience
Plan, implement and evaluate services and activities tailored to the needs of children, families and community which presently includes bullying, resilience and digital resilience
Establish and review service workflows and processes to ensure accessibility, accountability and alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor team performance, analyse outcomes and ensure compliance with ethical, legal and organisational standards
Supervise and develop the team in programme development, group work facilitation skills, stakeholder collaboration and evaluation.
Equip team members with competencies to deliver trauma-informed work.
Develop community and school-based serves and advance advocacy efforts
Work closely with research department to develop/refine evaluation tools for programme
Build community partnership and referral pathways internally and/or externally to ensure that children are right-sited
Provide mental health check-in
To provide support to the team in managing high risk situations, when harm is disclosed
To support HOD in agency level work
Any other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work/Counselling/Psychology or in related discipline or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
At least 5 years of experience working with children (6-13 years old), parents in counselling, casework, programme development and group work.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Proven track record in leading and monitoring teams in community/school based settings and mentoring teams in clinical or community-based settings.
Excellent community engagement and advocacy abilities, with a track record of building impactful partnerships.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in assessment, intervention and case management.
Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.
Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in navigating a dynamic work environment.
Systemic and strategic thinker with a commitment to driving service excellence and systemic change.
Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork in multidisciplinary and community-focused settings.
