We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Sales Professional to lead and drive our Pest Control business development in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of proven experience in the Singapore pest control industry and is fully proficient in pest management processes, costing, equipment, and client acquisition.

1. Drive sales growth in the Pest Control division
2. Independently canvass and secure new clients
3. Make own appointments and conduct site assessments
4. Explain pest control processes, equipment, chemicals, and treatment methods
5. Prepare quotations based on Singapore market costing
6. Plan monthly sales targets and strategies
7. Report KPIs directly to the CEO

• Minimum 3 years experience in Singapore’s pest control industry (more preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pest control practices, NEA standards, and common costing
• Ability to communicate confidently with commercial, industrial, and F&B clients
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and contract closing
• Independent, driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
• Indicate your preferred salary (based on skill & experience)
• Sales incentives may be included
• Other remuneration can be mutually discussed and agreed

• 至少3年新加坡灭虫行业经验（更多经验者优先）
• 熟悉灭虫操作、NEA标准及常见市场报价
• 能与商业、工业及餐饮客户进行专业沟通
• 具备优秀的销售能力与客户开发经验
• 独立、自律、结果导向
