Senior Project Manager (Organization Change Management – OCM)

·       Have 8+ yrs exp in IT Project/Program Management in APAC regional roles.

·       Must be capabilities to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives across APAC.

·       Have Proven track record with infrastructure delivering/transformation experience such as end-user services, service desk, network, cloud).

·       Must have strong multi-national Organization Change Management experience

·       Muat be able to work with complex organizations

·       Must have strong management skills

·       Have strong experience working with third-party vendors and delivery of SLAs.

·       Able to track and measure metrics, service performance and user satisfactions.

·       Familiar with frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, and change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Adkar)

·       Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci a plus
