Job Summary:

Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent

Salary: Basic up to $7000 + AWS

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand module requirements and translate them into innovative mechanical designs.

Develop detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications for components and assemblies.

2. Analysis & Optimization

Conduct feasibility studies, structural analyses, and performance assessments to ensure designs meet reliability, manufacturability, and cost targets.

3. Design Review & Supplier Coordination

Lead design reviews and coordinate with suppliers for standard and custom components and materials.

4. Prototype & Testing Support

Support prototype development and testing, implementing design improvements and innovative techniques to enhance module reliability.

5. Documentation & Knowledge Management

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including engineering drawings, materials specifications, manufacturing processes, and user manuals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred) with 7+ years of mechanical design experience, ideally in semiconductor equipment, and familiarity with SEMI, ESD, CE/TUV standards.

Proficient in CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) with strong attention to detail for designing components and assemblies.

Knowledge of FEA and flow simulation is a plus, focused on delivering high-quality, precise designs and documentation.
