What you will be responsible for:

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing expert HR guidance and support on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformations and growth objectives.

Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions such as talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.

Provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR programs that improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while minimizing risk.

Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.) to implement programs that support business needs.

Analyze HR metrics and trends, preparing reports to inform business decisions and improve HR practices.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

How you will stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role within a dynamic organization.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience driving change management and organizational development initiatives.

Strong problem-solving skills and learning ability to navigate complex HR issues.
