Requirements
- Demonstrate strong end-to-end payroll administration capability, including monthly payroll processing, claims administration, reconciliation, statutory submissions, and annual tax filings, in full compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory obligations (CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA) to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness.
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, operational, and corporate roles, partnering effectively with line managers to support manpower planning and operational continuity.
- Apply sound selection and hiring judgment aligned with business needs and organizational standards.
- Produce accurate and compliant employment documentation, including contracts, appointment letters, and HR correspondence, ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HRIS data to support management reporting, audits, and inspections.
- Leverage HRIS and payroll systems (including Timesoft) to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain disciplined documentation and filing practices in compliance with data protection and internal control standards.
- Manage work pass administration, employee benefits, insurance coverage, leave management, and employee surveys with a strong service and compliance orientation.
- Coordinate and deliver structured onboarding and orientation programs, emphasizing safety, compliance, and operational procedures within an aerospace MRO environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, line managers, and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and administrative teams to support business objectives.
- Provide general office and administrative support (approximately 35% of role scope) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute proactively to ad-hoc HR and administrative initiatives in response to evolving business needs.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably within the aerospace MRO or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with the Timesoft payroll system.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
