Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Executive, Human Resources NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD
This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and will play a hands-on, proactive role in talent acquisition and the delivery of HR services. The incumbent will be instrumental in supporting the company’s people strategy, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle for the assigned division, including onboarding, orientation, exit management, retirement, and re-employment processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and conducting interviews.
Maintain and administer employee records, including work pass applications and renewals, in compliance with company policies and Singapore manpower regulations.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievances professionally and impartially, ensuring adherence to employment laws and organisational policies.
Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation such as appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, terminations, retirements, and retrenchments.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating conflict resolution where necessary.
Support and participate in the annual performance management exercise, including related administrative processes.
Provide backup support for payroll processing for the Singapore entity, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in HR operations, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with payroll systems and payroll administration will be an added advantage.
