Reporting to the Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless, coordinated patient-centric care according to patients' needs and conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse

Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring patients’ conditions

Assist with clinical procedures such as administration of oral medications and wound care, as required

Support the implementation and follow-up of care plans to ensure continuity of patient care

Communicate and build rapport with patients, families and caregivers

Assist in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patients’ conditions and relevant clinical data

Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all aspects of patient care

Requirements:

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

Preferably with at least 2 years of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting

Able to perform shift duties

Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy in clinical work

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and caregivers

A collaborative and effective team player

Able to perform well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
