About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to support the design, coordination, and execution of large-scale EPC projects within high-tech industries such as Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Sustainable Energy, Healthcare, and Biotech sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination capabilities, architectural design expertise, and experience managing fast-track construction projects within multi-disciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Management

Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through implementation and final handover

Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and code requirements

Incorporate sustainability targets into project design and execution

Progress project designs in accordance with design checklists and project timelines

Produce tender documentation including:

Project specifications

Summary of Tender

Schedule of Rates

Contract schedules

Construction & Coordination

Act as Work Package Owner (WPO) responsible for project package completion

Chair subcontractor progress meetings and weekly client meetings

Coordinate closely with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with project specifications

Ensure site supervisors receive updated approved drawings and technical documentation

Support construction, commissioning, and final project acceptance activities

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and guide junior architects and team members

Support staff development and succession planning initiatives

Assume Lead Architect responsibilities when required

Contribute to operational excellence initiatives including:

Knowledge sharing

Digitalization tools

Sustainability programs

Lessons learnt systems

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Architecture (preferably accredited by BOA)

Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Hons)

Experience

7–8 years of professional architectural experience

Minimum 2 years experience in fast-track projects

Experience in:

Semiconductor

Data Centre

Pharma / Life Sciences

High-tech EPC projects

Minimum:

3 years international experience in multi-disciplinary construction environments

2 years in leading architectural roles on fast-track projects

2 years staff management and mentoring experience

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications will have added advantage:

Autodesk Revit

BCA Green Mark Manager

BCA Universal Design Assessor

LEED-AP

WELL-AP

Design for Safety

Key Requirements

Strong experience in EPC project environments

Familiarity with high-tech industrial construction projects

Able to manage multidisciplinary coordination and fast-paced project timelines

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
