Job Description

Maintain and regularly review policies, procedures and confidential records.

Organize and manage files, documents, and administrative records.

Develop administrative forms using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Canva, Slido).

Manage staff training registration, enrollment and participation tracking.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training programs run as scheduled.

Prepare and manage classroom setup, training resources and materials.

Monitor training inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Maintain records of training attendance, completion and certifications.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.

Support continuous improvement of training programs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, HCSA) and maintain related documentation, licenses and risk registers.

Support internal and external audits, including licensing and accreditation.

Perform secretariat duties for committees and coordinate meetings and correspondence.

Assist with organisational initiatives (e.g., Quality Week, Reward & Recognition).

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

Diploma qualification preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Good typing skills and strong computer literacy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
