We are looking for a Senior Account Relation to handle priority clients, lead campaign execution, and provide consultative solutions that drive long-term partnerships. This role is also key in mentoring junior team members and supporting business development initiatives.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main PIC for priority/strategic accounts, build long-term relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and provide strategic solutions including upselling and cross-selling StickEarn products.
  • Consultative Selling & Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant by identifying client challenges and proposing tailored solutions. Develop consultative decks, package insights and data into proposals, and share market/industry trends to support client strategies.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Lead campaigns end-to-end — from brief and proposal to execution. Coordinate with internal teams (Campaign, Creative, Operations) and resolve issues quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, support pricing strategies, and drive client retention and contract renewals.
  • Team Contribution & Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior Account Relations, assist managers in preparing reports, and serve as a role model in communication and collaboration.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in Account Management or Client Relations, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing. Previous experience handling FMCG, financial, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of campaign processes (pre, execution, post). Skilled in developing proposals, pricing strategies, and business reviews.
  • Strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative — able to solve problems and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong background in consultative/solution-based sales, with analytical ability to connect campaign performance data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (Zoho).
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business-level).
