Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Description:

• Plan designs, prepare specifications, and review the readiness of working drawings and planning documents for both tender and construction execution purposes
• Evaluate the progress of design development from external parties to ensure alignment with targets and quality standards
• Prepare preliminary design drawings as a basis for the development of mass housing working drawings
• Review design drawings/working drawings to ensure compliance with required specifications
• Conceptualize and coordinate with 3D model, 3D image, and video animation teams for promotional and marketing needs
• Assist in developing innovative design ideas and concepts for projects
