About the role

As a Sea Freight Logistics (Operation) Officer at H & FRIENDS GTL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD, you will play a crucial role in the company's freight forwarding operations. This full-time position is based in the Changi East Region and involves managing the logistics of international sea freight shipments.

What you'll be doing

Data entry for Sea freight Import/Export documentation

Full responsibilities on all documentation & customer service

Monitor and ensure all shipments are properly handled within a stipulated operation turnaround time

Identifying any faults within daily operation, and immediate solution proposals

Respond and handle customer’s complaint or issue if any, in a fully responsible manner

Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Always comply and adhere company governance along with other responsibilities as per company requirements

What we're looking for

1) ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Good Interpersonal communication skills

Business level English (Verbal/Written)

Basic knowledge of global logistics and freight forwarding

Working attitudes and ethics with due diligence and discipline

Individuals with the ability to adapt fast-paced working environment

Meticulousness, multitasking skills, and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform Odd-Hour Duty on ad hoc or periodic basis

May require overtime occasionally or situationally

Available for immediate employment

2) ROLE ELIGIBILITY

Candidates with serious ambitions and commitment who is aiming for a career goal in our industry

Candidates with local residency

Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in freight forwarding or airline industry preferred

Candidates who are willing to run the extra mile
