Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Sea freight operations for both import and export shipments.

Manage export shipments: booking, with carrier

Manage import shipments: monitor arrival, arrange clearance, coordinate delivery, and follow up with customers.

Prepare and send quotations to overseas agents and customers.

Liaise with overseas agent, Carrier,  transporter, warehouse, and customers for smooth operations.

Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on arrivals, delays, or issues.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs requirements.

Handle billing, job costing and data entry accurately.

Requirements

Experience in Sea freight import & export operations preferred.

Knowledge of  B/L, permits, customs clearance.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Able to multitask and handle fast-paced shipment requirements.

Familiar with freight systems is an advantage.
