Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.

- Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, and manpower allocation.

- Monitor sales performance, service productivity, and support business targets.

- Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer feedback or escalations professionally.

- Ensure salon cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness at all times.

- Manage inventory and coordinate ordering of salon products and operational supplies.

- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.

- Prepare operational reports and provide business updates when required.

- Attending to customers when required.
