SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Placement: Kawasan GIIC, Cikarang – Kab. Bekasi

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Management, Engineering, or English Literature

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or B2B Sales (preferable)

Intern student with above major allow to apply / fresh graduates with strong

Good Communication skills.

Able to prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer correspondence professionally.

Familiar with export documentation and international shipping procedures (preferable)

Good understanding of Export Incoterms and document are more preferable

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and achieve target

Willing to travel overseas for business meetings or exhibitions if required.

Job Desc :

Handle administrative tasks for local sales activities, including price quotations, receiving customer purchase orders (PO), and order processing.

Create quotation price which had approved by superior.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up activities.

Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production, shipping, and related departments to ensure smooth delivery.

Handle export document, monitor shipment schedules and follow up customer payments.

Identify and approach potential overseas customers and distributors.

Participate in international exhibitions, online meetings, and business visits.

Prepare sales reports and market analysis regularly.

Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.

Develop and expand international market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
