1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major, preferably in marketing or business.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the wholesaler channel within the FMCG industry.
3. Good knowledge of distribution and marketing strategies for food/beverage products.
4. Experienced in working with sales targets and distribution performance objectives.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with wholesaler customers.
6. Familiar with the Arjuna area and its surroundings, and knowledgeable about local distribution networks.
7. Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license (SIM C/A) and able to perform high mobility.
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
1. Manage and expand the wholesale customer network in the Arjuna sales area in accordance with company targets.
2. Conduct regular visits to ensure availability and visibility of Garudafood products at wholesale outlets.
3. Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and distributors to increase sales volume.
4. Ensure the implementation of promotional programs and marketing activities at wholesale outlets according to Marketing directives.
5. Periodically report sales results, market developments, and competitor activities to superiors.
6. Analyze the needs of the wholesaler market and provide input to the Marketing team for product development or sales strategies.
