Job Summary:
Chamas Brazilian Churrascaria is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in F&B sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality and restaurant industry, strong market knowledge, and an established network of partners across travel agencies, corporations, financial institutions, and other relevant business sectors. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive guest traffic, group bookings, private events, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence across multiple channels (B2B, B2C, and B2G).
Partnership Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through partnerships with travel agents, corporates, banks, event organizers, hotels, and tourism-related businesses.
Corporate & Group Sales: Actively promote and sell group packages, corporate events, private dining, and special promotions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to align promotions and packages with sales goals.
Brand Representation: Represent the restaurant at industry events, networking sessions, and hospitality expos to expand visibility and connections.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or tourism sector.
Strong network and established relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, banks, and event organizers.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience with luxury or premium F&B brands.
Familiarity with AYCE (All You Can Eat) dining concepts.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft tailor-made packages and promotions.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
