About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning data into actionable insights? Lenovo is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our high-performing team in Jakarta. In this role, you’ll be a key business partner, driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and enabling our teams to exceed ambitious growth targets.
This is more than just a support role — it’s a strategic position where your insights and leadership will directly influence business outcomes and help shape the future of Lenovo in Indonesia.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Partnership & Strategic Support
- Collaborate closely with the Relationship (REL) lead to drive business cadence aligned with growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and simplify processes without compromising results.
- Support business reviews and performance tracking to ensure alignment with key objectives.
- Champion disciplined pipeline management — ensuring quality, quantity, and velocity.
- Partner with sales leaders to improve account planning and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost seller productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and support planning cycles, integrating market trends, segmentation, and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to define and execute strategic plans.
- Drive alignment across support segments and regions for consistent execution.
- Work with REL and OC teams to drive the success of the MII program.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with national and corporate goals.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of financial and commercial principles.
- Knowledge of the enterprise IT ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or knowledge in project management.
