🔹 Prepare invoices and regular reports for customers.
🔹 Manage incoming calls and email inquiries professionally.
🔹 Plan, create, and update content for the Transco-Pac website to expand brand awareness and attract both customers and local talent.
🔹 Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that support the sales team's outreach efforts.
🔹 Manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital channels, tailoring content for our B2B and recruitment audiences.
🔹 Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen employer branding — including job posts, careers page content, and candidate-facing communications.
🔹 Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
