Client Details: Global aesthetic medical device companies
Responsibilities:
Drive product sales and business development activities for aesthetic equipment and beauty devices, targeting key customers such as doctors, dermatologists, aesthetic clinic owners, and plastic surgeons.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical and aesthetic professionals to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to support client decision-making.
Lead and manage the sales team across Indonesia, ensuring full coverage of assigned territories and key accounts.
Plan and implement sales activities, including client visits, product promotions, and training sessions for customers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share in the aesthetic industry.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize pricing, positioning, and sales approach.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product launches and after-sales service.
Ensure team performance aligns with KPI targets, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and customer retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the aesthetic, medical device, or beauty equipment industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales, especially targeting doctors, dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and plastic surgeons.
Experience in selling medical aesthetic devices or related beauty technology products is highly preferred.
Strong capability in team leadership and sales force management, with ability to expand coverage across regions (Indonesia nationwide).
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, market expansion plans, and revenue growth initiatives.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
Experience from competitor companies in the aesthetic industry is highly preferred.
