Kami mencari Sales Leader yang siap drive growth & handle high-value industrial projects di market manufaktur (F&B, FMCG, Pharma).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead & develop Sales Engineer team untuk mencapai target agresif

Drive sales untuk:

Packaging machines (case packer, cartoning,palletizing dll)

Automation systems (conveyor, integration, line optimization)

Inspection systems (vision system, checkweigher, metal detector, X-ray, dll)

Identify customer pain points & propose integrated solutions (end-to-end line)

Handle key accounts & strategic industrial clients

Lead technical & commercial presentations (solution selling)

Oversee quotation, costing, negotiation, and project closing

Coordinate dengan engineering, service team & overseas principals

Monitor pipeline, forecast, dan performance tim

What We’re Looking For:

S1/D3 Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial)

Min. 5 years experience di sales mesin industri / automation / inspection system

Min. 2–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai leader

Strong understanding of:

Packaging line integration

Automation systems

Inspection technology (vision, QC system)

Proven track record in closing high-value B2B projects

Strong leadership, negotiation & strategic thinking

Fluent English (Mandarin = big advantage, especially for China principals)

Target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Willing to travel

Ideal Candidate:

Pernah jual automation line / inspection system / packaging machine

Terbiasa handle project besar (factory line, bukan unit kecil)

Punya mindset solution selling, bukan sekadar jual barang

Ambisi tinggi & mau income besar dari komisi
