Job Summary
Assist the sales team to facilitate operational process.
Optimising manufacturing process flow to execute sales activities.
Involved in handles all sales orders and the delivery processes.
Preparation of necessary documentation and generate quotation from SAP System.
Coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.
Coordinate with the SCM team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment certification arrangement.
Conclude contracts for customers including the proposal, negotiation, closing and filing.
Coordination and preparation of sales/purchase documentation.
Coordination of order processing and scheduling between customers & internal stakeholders.
Maintain and review Baker’s Playbook contract and Wave contract consumption volume.
Comply with the required workflow and documentation procedures as mandated in Internal Control system.
Provide administrative support to sales team, eg OTD report, weekly order status, Ariba system.
Timely informs/reports to sales team when receiving any queries about technical or quality issues.
SalesForce (CRM) quotation entry and follow up.
