About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, recommending suitable products, and closing sales deals.

You will be promoting our home improvement products, including Laundry Racks, Invisible Grilles, Zip Track, Blinds & Mesh. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals who want to grow in a sales career with attractive commission and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales enquiries from both online and offline channels, and follow up promptly with customers.

Conduct on-site measurements and customer consultations. Training will be provided.

Recommend suitable product solutions based on customer needs, budget, and home layout.

Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, and product details clearly to customers.

Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth handover to the installation team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales progress using Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.

Provide good after-sales service and build long-term relationships with customers.

Support sales campaigns, roadshows, referrals, partnerships, and other lead-generation activities.

Requirements

Candidates with sales experience in home improvement, renovation, or related industries will have an added advantage.

Comfortable with site visits, measurements, and face-to-face customer interaction.

Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Own transport is an advantage, but not mandatory.
