5.5 DAYS work week.
- Responsible for sourcing new customers and generating leads.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout.
- Confirm next-day appointments with customers and update all bookings in the system.
- Schedule and coordinate technicians’ daily job assignments.
- Inform clients promptly of any delays or service issues.
- Prepare quotations for replacement or new air-conditioning installations.
- Liaise with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for follow-ups and updates.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assist in roadshows, marketing activities, and support other departments when required.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
