Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
· Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales plans.
· Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
· Negotiation and Closing Deals: Finalizing sales contracts.
· Product/Service Expertise: Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's offerings.
· Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
· CRM Management: Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize and track customer interactions.
· Collaboration: Working with marketing, product, and other teams to support sales efforts.
· Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and providing after-sales support.

Types of Sales Executives:
· Inside Sales: Focus on selling from the office via phone, email, and other virtual communication tools.
· Field Sales: Primarily responsible for face-to-face interactions with customers in the field.
· Retail Sales: Work in retail environments, assisting customers with purchases and managing inventory.
· B2B Sales: Focus on selling to other businesses.
· B2C Sales: Focus on selling to individual consumers.
