Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Singapore market
Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, distributors, modern trade, etc.)
Expand market share and product presence
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers
Ensure product listing, shelf positioning, and stock availability
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Market Development
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends
Propose strategies to penetrate new channels and segments
Monitor and report market feedback regularly
Sales Operations
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Coordinate with logistics and operations for order fulfillment
Ensure timely collection of payments
Marketing & Promotion
Support trade promotions, product launches, and campaigns
Work closely with marketing team on branding and visibility initiatives
Job Requirements (JR)
· Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in Singapore FMCG industry, good understanding of Singapore retail landscape (modern trade, general trade, distributors)
· Candidate with more experience will be consider for Senior Executive position.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Results-driven with proven sales track record
· Ability to work independently and meet targets
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Willing to travel within Singapore Malaysia
· Possess own transport
· Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for client communication)
