Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the packaging manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of packaging technologies such as blow molding, injection molding, and PET blow molding.

Experience handling custom packaging requests.

Well-established and relevant professional network.

Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and target-driven.

Ability to conduct market research effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willing to be Placed in Cikarang, West Java.

Job Descriptions:

Develop new markets to increase company revenue.

Conduct regular visits to customers.

Analyze customer needs in detail and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare systematic reports on revenue achievements from new markets.

Provide customers with complete and accurate product information.

Negotiate and reach agreements with customers regarding commercial terms.

Analyze production timelines and lead times to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Actively coordinate with other relevant departments.

Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
