About the Role
Join us in driving smart building innovation. You will play a key role in promoting and delivering Diamond Controls Building Management System (BMS) solutions, combining technical expertise with strong client engagement to win projects and ensure successful implementation.
What You’ll Do
· Drive and manage sales opportunities for BMS solutions from lead generation to closing
· Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
· Deliver product presentations, proposals, and system demonstrations to clients
· Prepare quotations, tenders, and cost estimates aligned with project needs
· Provide technical consultation on system design, architecture, and integration
· Support project delivery and provide post-sales technical assistance
· Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
· 1–2 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation systems
· Familiarity with Diamond Controls or similar BMS platforms is an advantage
· Strong understanding of M&E drawings, control diagrams, and system architecture
