Company Description:

GenOptima is an innovative AI startup focused on AI-driven SEO solutions. Established in 2023, we specialize in optimizing branding for visibility across leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and others. With a cutting-edge SaaS platform, we offer clients tools to enhance their AI-based search visibility and track performance through data-driven insights. Over the span of half a year, we have grown to nearly 100 team members across four countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, serving over 100 clients in 40+ sub-industries.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop target corporate clients, with a focus on Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and marketing decision-makers, in Singapore and Southeast Asia via offline visits, online meetings, and other channels; conduct demand research, product demonstrations, and follow up the entire sales process to promote customer conversion and signing.

2. Understand the company’s core product value, tailor solutions for local and cross-border clients, answer customer inquiries, and improve signing conversion rate.

3. Follow up sales leads, update customer records, review sales data regularly, optimize follow-up strategies, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

4. Maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups, collect feedback and synchronize to internal teams, and promote renewal and upsell to maximize customer lifetime value.

5. Monitor industry and competitor trends in Singapore and Southeast Asia, collect market information, and provide references for product iteration and sales strategy adjustment.

6. Prior experience in a Marketing Agency, B2B sales, IT, cross-border trade, or corporate services is highly advantageous; familiarity with Singapore’s corporate ecosystem is a plus.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3-5 years of B2B, overseas, or cross-border sales experience preferred. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who possess strong sales motivation and communication skills.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and demand mining abilities; goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and proficient in Office software (Excel, PPT, Outlook).

3. Language proficiency: Fluent in English as the primary working language. Proficiency in business Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking internal teams and cross-border clients in the Greater China region.

4. Proactive in learning, responsible, customer-oriented, focused on building long-term customer relationships, and possessing strong execution skills.

5. Open to short-distance travel within Singapore and short-term business trips across Southeast Asia; familiarity with Singapore’s workplace norms and business etiquette is preferred.

 

*Digital Marketing sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
